CEO NEED MAKE A STMNT REGARDING THE TRADING ACTIVITIES OFTEN TIMES WHEN A STOCK IS TRADING UP OR DOWN SUDDENLY ANDDRAMATICALLY WITH HIGH VOLUME, COMPANIES MAKE A STATEMENT LIKE

"WERE NOT AWARE OF ANY REASON FOR THE PRESENT ACTIVITIES ETC"  IF THAT'S THE CASE. AND IF THERE IS NEWS, COME OUT WITH IT ALREADY..
