As far as I know no date of submission was ever stated. All I know is they said they were going to re-submit for the higher degree of DHS certification recommended by DHS themselves. I would say some degree of certification should almost be a guarantee. Should make for a nice pop. I think people are finally starting to reckognize the huge potential. Patience is needed by all. I believe it will come.
