It offers two types of shares, such as Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. NAV May 3~$13.68. Closing premium on capital shares: ~$0.35.

The premium has ballooned substantially from a recent low of ~$0.14 without any real justification. The unit NAV now needs to rise by ~$9.6% to achieve the $15.00 payment threshold, a very tall task given the significant monthly payouts to preferred shareholders.
