Almonty Industries Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the mining, processing and shipping of tungsten concentrate, as well as the exploration and evaluation of its projects. The Company operates through four segments: Los Santos Mine, Panasquiera Mine, Valtreixal Project, and Woulfe. The Los Santos Mine is located in Spain whose operations relate to the exploration and mining of Tungsten. The Panasqueira Mine is located in Covilha Castelo Branco, Portugal, whose operations relate to the exploration and mining of tungsten, as well as the production of copper and tin concentrate by-products. The Valtreixal Project is located in Spain whose operations relate to the exploration and evaluation activities of the Valtreixal tin/tungsten project. Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Big Update/News Release on ASX!Dundee actually spent many cents to aquire shares, from a quick google it was at least $5,000,000 that they put into Woulfe Mining. Dundee Corporation's shares in Almonty are a holdover from when they were helping to finance Woulfe Mining and owned a significant percent of the company. So it's true Dundee never invested a cent in Almonty, but they did invest in Sangdong. 

I think there was some back and forth and exchange of shares and debentures between Almonty and Dundee when Almonty starting buying Woulfe but I don't recall the details and at this point it probably doesn't matter.

Almonty inherited Dundee, never seemed to work with them on financings, either didn't want to or didn't need to, and now Dundee is likely gone for good.
