RE:RE:Favorable arbitration tulingAs a 'long' share holder in this outfit (NKO) I wonder if there is ....still any hope to recover some of my investment in that company? Not much going on this board (SH) but interesting articals about ongoing arbitration. Good question as for Niko's 10%?

In a major setback to the government, the Supreme Court on Monday dismissed its appeal to halt ongoing arbitration proceedings initiated by Reliance Industries (RIL), BP Exploration and Niko Resources against the petroleum ministry for “having lost faith” in two arbitrators.
