RE:Slow motion TNT.UNComparing this to TNT is totally off base IMO. An attempt to buy cheaper units? Not only are the assets much different. The occupancy will be easier to maintain with the ~ 15 year average lease term. The recent debenture issue shows that they can access capital during a tough period. The payout ratio has always been high and manageable.

With the high yield, I will be delighted when it hits a new high even if it takes 5 years.
