Under the partnership, Exro will provide Re:Build with the battery control system power electronics and Re:Build will be the exclusive manufacturer of Exro's Cell Driver™ cabinets for an initial term of five years.
I am happy to see that EXRO is not going to be in the cabinet business so they can focus their attention on the electronics. And getting 50% of the cost savings is just an added bonus.
Sue is dealing with ESS the most effective way possible. She is offloading a component of that business that would have negatively impacted their ability to service customers in volume. I am sure their ESS customers will be happy about this.
They can begin taking orders with the assurance that deadlines will be met.
So... what numbers do you need to see? How much it was going to cost Exro to actually do the manufacturing?
As for Rod Copes as executive chairman of the Re:Car Project, I fail to see any issues with that whatsoever. Do you? If so, please explain.
