The government actually pays for it, it's only if you want 24/7 access you pay for it. Thus why many companies pay for it, to help employees get the help they need, whenever they need it and expediate getting healthy and back to work.
ISO Certification is the top certification and it isn't a requirement but it shows they are following the top guidelines in the industry. No instead of trying to put down the competition.
So again, what are these different features you're willing to pay for? Seems none of you can answer a simple question, yet think this is going to be the money making verticle. I'm not trying to be negative, just trying to understand and NONE of you can give me any viable reasons, just hope.
