If you turn out correct in your assesment I will admit it, but I do think there are issues we don't know about other than nefarious dealings.  Giving their past history, I can't see management self-ruining any future employment opportunities through shady activities. 

I think management will either find funding along with a higher silver price, or sell the silver property in return for shares of a producer.   If they can find a new geologist, that might work too in terms of funding.   One can argue about management's drilling operations the last two years, but if one looks back at past drilling of 12 years ago, there were quite a few lost holes as well.   Guess the next few months will tell.
