Stroud's attempt to raise money!

Stroud's attempt to raise money!
The type of financing that Stroud has chosen is a bit complicated but it doesn't matter...It is mentioned that the financing ''will be used for general working capital purposes''! I mean, raising such an amount of money for "general working capital purposes" is pretty vague!

What a compagny can do with that money if not drilling and still, 1,5 million is not much for a drilling program in Santo Domingo! They will significantly increase the number of outstanding shares for... ''general working capital purposes''. Hard to see from my position where the board is going!
