The REIT is primarily focused on creating value for unitholders through the investment in and ownership of commercial properties in Canada. RE:Mortgages Payable: Page 9 on financialsWhat is the issue there? Consistent with my earlier message that they have approximately 3.14 years average term on their mortgage terms. It is a continuum in real estate.
