Insider sellingOn Friday April 21st the company released news that they had completed Psilocin synthetic production. On Monday April 24th, the first day of trading after the news on the previous Friday the volume of shares traded moved up to 1 million shares and traded up $.06 to $.46. A good day for Cool shareholders. But unfortunately it is not all good news. According to Canadainiinsider Joel Shacker, the company president, sold 80,000 shares on April 24th at $.46. I didn't know he owned 80,000 shares. When the Company's President is selling shares it doesn't look good for the rest of us. Seems to me he doesn't have much confidence. I guess we shall see.
