RE:RE:REIT unit sales

RE:RE:REIT unit salesJust got in, read some high points of release, brain is bleeding after five minutes, nice work, commend everyone on diligence. Frankie1 DZ 0 (ouch)..................could be, well done, it appears to be the case, I tip my hat sir, there was however a couple caveats, moreso that they wouldn't divest those assets unless they had to. It looks to be a small divesture and one that will show they took a loss on. Question is why sell any of these and take losses, in particular when they emphasized they will continue to invest in outside reits? Maybe I'm wrong here. Also (and I'm reachin here) I did say, if they were going to sell one it would be FCR, for a host of reasons.

All in all though, it looks like they may have assauged some of the fears this board have had. One thing that struck me a bit funny was kicking the can down the road with some of the debt, for one and two years. Still playing roulette with rates but I think this may just work in their favor from what I see. Asset sales coming along slowly but surely. I think coming off an oversold position here, things will start to look a bit better going forward. Will try and listen to the call tomorrow, been vey pre-occupied.

Well done Frankie, will even the score soon! Take care. DZ.
