"why does it need validation/" -Because Quentin30 in science reproducability is part of the validation process and why the FDA requires 2 clinical trials using the same protocol to confirm an earlier study's results.

A second study's data is be used confirm the outcome of the first study and therefore validate the overall results

Unfortunately you don't seem to comprehend what is happening and instead you rely on your imagination and 'suspicions' to deliver your conspiracy theories.
