RE:New CEOTcad, you may be onto something. While it's not usually a great idea to have a buddy-buddy relationship between key BoD members and management, it might make near term sense in this case. Undoubtedly their network will be able to bring forward suggestions. My sense is that QTRH could benefit with a CEO with ITS street cred and a familiar profile with the investment community.
Investors will need to remain diligent on concentration of power. Rusty Wallace will have influence in 3/6 board positions once the CEO is on board. It's reasonable to expect another appointment by the end of summer, hopefully a high profile one. I would like to see that appointment stant in it's own and ideally not have a previous working relationship with Rusty Wallace.
BTW, the most recent appointment is Chuck Myers.
