What a joke and very disappointing and misleadingA continuous promotion since October 2022 about being acquired for dreamy $$$$ and it finishes with a very large, dilutive 12,250,000 .13 CENT incentive ? stock option issuance to many secretive people involved with this little venture outfit. I'm sure shenanigans like this is why management are so busy dealing with the regulators, president of this company quitting immediately and directors selling all their shares.
