No wanttoknowwhy; the WDYX infringement case is closed by mutual consent, but the dispute is not settled and it is not not abandoned. Extensive discussion on the AMD subject on Google Group. It has now moved to a breach of contract dispute in WDTX with 3 infringegment actions in Germany.
