RE:RE:YesThank you for that Benny. We both agree and its hard not to when you understand
what they have and how they are managing it. To be able to self fund a growth
company and avoid taking on debt is absolutley mind blowing but speaks to the
incredible discipline and smarts that mgmt possess. The torque might quite not
be as much as some others like TVE or BTE but the level of safety combined
with asset base and growth is really outstanding IMO.
The other thing is, if we slip into more of a recession and lower oil prices, HWX
should begin to separate itself from the rest and shine. Having no debt means
they survive and thrive by simply cutting back on capex without any damage
being done to their balance sheet. In that scenario, it will be a huge positive.
No matter what happens, I will hold it for ultimate capital appreciation while
collecting my div.
