My guess is that Ingrid Milcent who is the International Development Manager at Tenerrdis had a part in this collaboration. I also really like the fact that not only does Tenerrdis seem to have a healthy budget to work with they also have a habit of funding projects (42% of projects funded to date)

@Beach..Bum Looks like we might have found the money to build a couple of QRR4's. This collaboration between France and Quebec is a big deal...Future just got a little brighter for Hpq/Pyr.
