Athabasca Oil Corporation (AOC) is a Canadian energy company with a focused strategy on the development of thermal and light oil assets. AOC’s segments include Light Oil and Thermal Oil. The Thermal Oil segment includes the Company’s assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of bitumen from sand and carbonate rock formations located in the Athabasca region of Northern Alberta. It also consists of two operating oil sands steam assisted gravity drainage projects and a resource base of exploration areas in the Athabasca region of northeastern Alberta. The Light Oil segment includes its assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of light crude oil and medium crude oil, tight oil and conventional natural gas. Its Light Oil segment consists exclusively of the Duvernay in the Greater Kaybob area with about 155,000 gross acres across Kaybob West, Kaybob North, Kaybob East and Two Creeks.

RE:Some of you guys are downright.........I believe my response to JJ251 implied I know there is little chance of Berkshire buying ATh.They are too small. But ATH checks all the boxes that Buffet looks for or any other good investor.  Debt free(basically), billion in free cash flow over three years, tax free I might add,  share buybacks, dependable management team, long reserves and the safest jurisdiction in the world to invest money. You seem to imply that Mr. Buffet has no interest in Canada's oil sands  But his profits from transporting our bitumen says otherwise, from his railroad company,  he took private. What did President Biden sign in his first 60 minutes as President? A bill to terminate the Keystone pipeline.  Just so happens that Mr. Buffet is a registered Democratic that owns the railroad hauling oil from Alberta. If you don't think Mr.buffet doesn't have his eyes on the second largest energy deposit in the world,  it's your knowledge and experience as an investor, that's in question.
