RE:RE:RE:RE:When people don't do there DD and follow bloggersSIDEBET , MAYBE YOU SHOULD THINK OF IT THIS WAY...If Osisko thought Bontera was a good deal they would've pounced all over it instead of this transaction ...MAP stated Bontera isn't economical at $2,000 u.s an ounce and that's $2700 canadian..that should be a clue to you ..Bontera should be drilling there inferred and getting value for shareholders , instead there taking a stab in the dark ...but that stab could be another Windfall ..
Map also pointed out that Bontera wil benefit from infrastracture mainly power line wich is a year away..
Now for the deal they sold half there 3 million ounces for 1.2 plus billion and retain 50% of all future profits with no share dilution...remember the other 4 million inferred have no value ..and they have a partener to share future cost...
If they were to raise capital with share dilution for 1.2 billion well at $4 a share that's 300 million shares or almost a double in share count wich in return original shareholders would be giving away half there profits due to share dilution ...
Sidebet , i'm aware of the vast property and what you don't get it takes 10 years to drill up a mine and get into production...and lots of money to get a mined dilled up as look how much Osisko spent with 31 drills ...
