Maybe I am Just Brain Dead?

Maybe I am Just Brain Dead?So the lady says we needed to raise the cut off grade because we wanted to keep in line grade wise with Victoria Gold?  So if I am reading things correctly she is saying she had to raise the cut off grade 25% to keep the grade in line with Victoria and we all know how successful Victoria has been.  Maybe just me always reading things wrong?
