NKL managemt/board thought they could get away with their pillaging because before Pelham it was only angry "retail" investors that were voicing concerns without any real power or ability to create change.  The power dynamics have change dramatically and quickly. The institutional / "smart money" clearly have had enough as well and voting for change.  Hopefully Pala sees it that way too. That will be the nail in the coffin.
