Like I said, Pfizer selected the CI because they owned it then. This is not a stupid company. Why the drivel continues is hard to say.
And as I noted in another posts, clinical research ethics boards (a topic with which I am familar) would be vary hesitant if not downright hostile to not letting people leave a trial when they become ill from the treatment if they have metastic cancer. Finally people with liver or kidney mets would likely not be able to take most NSAIDS.
So there you have it folks. SM seems to like to complain, call people stupid, and denounce management and yet cannot read factual statements or write lucid sentences.
