Here is some free career advice ... cuz u asked how to become a BoC Governor. Actually a simple response ... same way u can become a Judge or a Senator or one of many other sweet jobs handed out by the Gong Show in Ottawa ... just contribute Megabucks to the Lieberal Party of Canada ... and let your specific interest(s) be known ... and before long you will get a phone call from Canada's home-grown contribution to the global world of crime syndicates making you an "offer you cannot refuse"!
