Instead of making price predictions, let's talk about BBDHi,
I know a lot of you are making price predictions, many of which are based on some fundamental or another, but lets talk about the business: deliveries, revenues over the next 5-7 years, EBITDA swell as a result of Global 8000 sales and Pearson facility efficiencies/scale, debt repayment from free cashflows....
I think out 2026 free cashflow will be over $1.2Bn, with only $2.5Bn debt and a 12x EV/FCF, we should be well above $10Bn USD valuation.
I also think there might be some large "bulk" orders coming through in the second half of the year as leasors, fractionals and operators assess their demand going forward. In the Middle East, demand for luxury and business travel has never been higher, and many royalty and rich prefer to have a jet on call rather than book tickets on Priceline.com. Plus, these days jet ownership is a tax writeoff, it doesn't make financial sense for the centi-millionairs and billionaires to not to own.
The new spinoff from Billions (the TV show) is about the private aviation industry in Miami and will feature many jets. Hopefully some from Bombardier!
We now have three divisions really, a jet manufacturing division, a jet maintenance division and a defense division; might add a fourth if we consider jet marketing/resale. We also have top of the line R&D (current big project is the one-piece body jet).
I think we will increase 3x to 4x from here.
