What exactly Is going on here

What exactly Is going on hereEvery day now for quite a while, tsx reports AR as the top volume trade. What is it? Is it the smart unloading tons of shares on the dumb or the other way around.  If there was a real reason for all this action there would be some change in the price. It all seems odd. If there was real demand one would think the price would move at least a little. This company is like a bad dream
