2 of the 3 competitors on this list are distributors and a search on Zdaas results in an IT company.

I would say it is safe to say that GSI will be awarded this contract given that they are a fully integrated supplier, have a competitive bid and have a well established relationship with SEPTA.

Now I wonder If their bid is too competitive...
