just thinking out loud,  the synergies between BAY/AWM comming to-gether would make for one stronger junior.. 

Large cap Co,. would rather deal with one company then deal with two on a take out.

BAY/AWM,....AWM,..would gain instant access to Canadian listing with BAY,..

AWM,.would save the 2 % royalty,..all rental cost on housing,..OWN the camp =site. save the $ 5 m on going forward mining.,
