There is only about 20% not owned by F&F. Of that, I am sure that a good half is owned by folks like us who are not selling, so maybe 10%.
More to the point, nobody is going to start buying stock unless they make a deal with Cynthia, and by then BO would have to be anounced. If they buy shares without making a deal first, what do they do with stock if they don't make deal?
This is not like the situation with widely traded stocks where buyer may buy some initially to get a "toe in the water" before declaring intention.
