The Companys investment objectives are (i) to provide holders of Preferred Shares with cumulative preferential floating rate monthly cash dividends at a rate per annum equal to the Prime Rate plus 0.75%, with a minimum annual rate of 5.0% and a maximum annual rate of 7.0% (ii) to provide holders of Class A Shares with regular floating rate monthly cash distributions targeted to be at a rate per annum equal to the Prime Rate plus 2.0%, with a minimum targeted annual rate of 5.0% and a maximum targeted annual rate of 10.0% and (iii) to return the original issue price to holders of both Preferred Shares and Class A Shares at the time of the redemption of such shares on December 1, 2012.

Quadravest updates UNIT NAV to June 15 @ $19.88 before dist.

Quadravest updates UNIT NAV to June 15 @ $19.88 before dist.So was a big surprise to me, and can only think i must have had a few incorrect inputs...
Now that i look i see i had the BK unit nav @ $20.28 MAy 31... and that was incorrect. 
It was actually @ $19.28. So BK gained about 60 cents in unit nav to June 15.
BUT the premium is much higher than my other posts suggested. BK commons have a value of $9.88 to June 15.
Last  sale @ 13.23 means the premium is likely to be approx: $3.37, as i havent figured in the last few days, but likely is a few cents lower than on the 15th.
Premium would be  around 34%.
