Personally, I dont' think the CEO's salary is excessive.  Regardless of what anyone's opinion is on this, buying shares in the company with her own money can only be regarded as a positive.  If you were a scammer ripping off big bucks from the investing public, would you turn around and invest your whole salary in said company?  Not a chance.  And, would you exercise options at a way higher price than the market?  Not a chance.

There are a lot of spurious criticisms on this board.

Does the company have issues?  Anyone with a brain knows they have, but those issues are being eliminated, one by one.  Cash flow is next...
