Simply, listen to and observe the market. With the price now back to pre SIB levels, the market is telling you that the perception towards this co. has not changed despite the financial engineering by DRM. Their participation in the SIB tells you everything. It is in a position to see the future and clearly it does not like what it sees. Moreover, the Board does not appear to respect you. The pre-SIB hype obviously worked for DRM only.
