Alice in Wonderland

Alice in Wonderland

Couriouser and couriouser ?!!!

Why put out an Annual Management Information Form now which is old and stale-dated Dec 31, 2021? The Co must submit audited financials by no later than July 31st for the 15 months ended March 31, 2023 (they changed year-end date). So, they already knew about the annual results but, nevertheless, issued last year's information to shareholders instead. They are hiding horrible results showing severe cash crunch and things like poor flow tests and reason for the delays in drilling.

The Co must hold an AGM by no later than 15 months from the date of the last Annual Meeting.

Something not right here.
