RE:RE:RE:fruitvale3067 how many times must I say this?How will they be able to continue paying MAP $450k annually? And whatever ever happened to the re-rate that was supposedly in the cards for BTR? Keep buying those offers. Thankfully, still just watching from the sidelines.
