RE:RE:RE:Mr Cooper - It's Time for a Strategic ReviewRelax everyone..... no need for strategic reviews or asset sales of 100% occupied buildings (are you kidding me?).   If you did that, the dividend cut might come next and then you know what you might trade at?
These desperate looking measures will only sink share price further.
Most companies in most sectors are getting teated pretty much the same in this high interest rate cycle.
Those that pay down debt are getting rewarded or stock price holding.
Those not paying down debt (especially when they have the opportunity to do so) are getting destroyed.
Paying down debt right now, is regarded and rewarded greater than buybacks, div increases, etc.
Its what the Institutuinal guys look for.
