RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Final Initial Capex Number Will Be....?metal do not get me wrong I see nothing wrong with your investment.  I only am pointing out that there are alot of costs that were not and are not in a FS hence retail investors tend to habit towards posting what is ridiculous stuff.  Unfortunately, many retail investors do not understand the actual costing of a project!
