How about definition drilling at the existing mining areas. If they start an exploration drilling program now, this is going to languish and drop. I believe there is a mine here and it needs to start mining.
Buy The appropriate narrow vein equipment and get at it. At half the mill capacity, say 400tpd, it would produce revenue close to the market cap. Now that is a succesful mine.
Ideas of a big producer can come later but a smaller operation with costs under 1000/oz will prove the business is legit and profitable. The big reward and production is out there in the future, Frank thinking that is where they have to start may be a downfall.
One more thought. How much admin/exec do they think they need? The team is pretty big and expensive. They hired another exec with questionable past instead of a metalurgist for the mill. Tony was skidded out by AEM so fast his head is still spinning.
