What happened to the stock?

I can't believe they converted 5 shares into 1, which took it from 0.01 to 0.05 per share. That was short lived. It seems about a week later now we are back to 0.015 per share but now I only have 1/5 of the shares I had at the beginning of last week! That doesn't seem right
