At its Don David Gold Mine, it has 100% interest in six properties, including two production stage properties and four exploration stage properties, located in Oaxaca, Mexico, along the San Jose structural corridor. Its properties span 55 continuous kilometers of this structural corridor. Its two production stage properties include Arista and Alta Gracia Mines. Its four exploration properties include Margaritas Property, Chamizo Property, Fuego Property and Rey Property. The Fuego property consists of approximately 2,554 hectares.

Some facts: 
* The share price was Jan 5 2021 at 3.03 Dollar. Today the share price is at 63 Cent. Nearly a 80% loss.
* Also the shareholders are not getting a dividend anymore.
* The gold price is today nearly at the same level as Jan 5 2021. Goro was then a profitable company and is today producing a loss.

This Management team got nearly us much salary as the shareholders got divend (when the dividend was at 4 Cent a year). The Salary is for a company with this amount revenue (nearly 140 Mio in 2022) VERY high. 
Do you think that anyone of this gang who is cashing in like high-performers but running down the share price, the dividend, the profitability is a loss for the company?
