The licenses cover an area with an intracratonic basin in the Amazon Cratin, emplaced over crystalline basement rocks of the Jamari metamorphic complex and Mesoproterozoic Rapakivi granites. Its Ariquemes Tin Project comprises a land package in Brazil.

Maybe you don't care for explanations, but I do when it comes to insiders who hold millions of shares in their Company!!!  "Undervalued"... LOL. Geez, when is the last time I've seen this term or other similar ones on this board? Has this Company EVER been valued correctly? lol. You can already see the stock manipulation going on here... if Clark was such a great executive chairman, why is the S/P on the rise with his stepping down?
