We can only hope the Poet Celestial announcements fare better than the NA Tier1 announcement.

There is no link between the Poet and Celestial announcements other than they are both talking photonics.

The AI moves so quick, you cannot assume announcements from months ago are still valid.

Shearholders NEED an update about what is still live and what stage, what timelines?

Come on Poet you can do it. In fact if you need to raise cash and you have to. You need to inform the financiers and your shear holders, your ultimate financiers.
