RE:RE:Northern Graphite Signs Land Agreement

RE:RE:Northern Graphite Signs Land AgreementYou, grover11, consider this mere LOI to be positive?
A Letter of Intent being signed on behalf of NGC is does not a $1.2 Million purchase of land in Baie Comeau make.

NGC doesn't have a joint venturing "BAM" commercialization partner possessing the proprietary intellectual property and proven knowledge and previously "qualified" capability with which to ensure that graphite "BAM" can be produced at what is presently a non-existent (and won't exist for some time or ever) 200,000 tpa manufacturing capacity "supersite centre within Baie Comeau, Quebec.
Graphex Technologies U.S. LLC is out of the picture due to said company's connection with it's China based parent company.
What is Mr. Jacquemin going to do now, sign another mere non-binding Letter of Intent with another so called joint commercialization partner?

Tell Hughes Jacquemin &Co to just sell - i.e. if they can ever find any interested buyer - the entire NGC kit and caboddle for a price reflecting a pershare value of $0.55.
These NGC officers and directors simply are not seriously pursuing what they say they are pursuing and "the street" smells it too.. Just have a gander at the NGC share price today. Disgusting.
