RE:Well, we know for sure CSV investors sure like the deal ...Based on their website, Carriage are partners with and support 173 funeral homes and 32 cemeteries in 26 states so this would significantly increase PLC's footprint in the US.  

Interesting that it was only a week ago, when they appointed a new CEO while their founder assumed the role of Executive Chairman of the BOD.  GLTA
