RE:Joint VenturesI would suggest that you seek those answers on their website. The most notable is the Vital JV in NZ and it probably is the template for Europe and the US. Its’ website is a treasure trove as it demonstrates the potential of NWH clearly and simply. Importantly, NWH did a roadshow for investors in Hong Kong and Singapore recently. Given the impressive presentation, the options for Europe and US have likely improved somewhat.

The option which has never (to my knowledge) been discussed publicly, is the possibility of a spinoff of properties to create public vehicles similar to Vital, which is 70% owned by non-NWH investors. NWH could still manage the properties for a fee. Essentially, rather than a 70% JV partner, many investors would own 70%. IMO, with the impressive track record of Vital advertised, this is entirely saleable to potential investors.
