after the Cu++ is process - a ticket is issued thrt the LME - Freight on Deck -or- Freight Delivery on the LME Futures..  there R two brokeraages that perform these swaps..  one is in shanghi and the other is in london.  both hav very large yards and wharehouses..

the copper from NCI is not processes - then reshipped again point A to point B..  the commodityy simply enters the markets thru the exchanges and takes the path of least shipping resistance $$

copper after its processes enters into the contract markets...  --> thhe LME is currently buying Russian Aluminum Ingots and have an inventoy of 55% sittingg in their 'SSquares"..  ee market watchers - riters hav a collision coming when the volumes of russian stock[iles reach 65%..  the ALum markets took a pounding bak in 2022 arpund may..  had tpo do i think w the shipping restrictions/sanctions...  the LME is contractually required to buy russian metals..  they coannot find anybody they can inshure that can ship the stuff..  the russian now hav a fleet of their own tugs from BRICKS partners...

copper may take a very heavy surplyus dive..  the germans do not hhav any gas to make cars,,  the chinese may move to a self imposed sanctions regiment..  we saw this yesterday w the phrobition of the Indium Gallium Arsenide metals being shipped to the western producers and taiwan..

they will simply jak the production cost here and then come bak in @ 8 to 14 monhths w next generation devices..  that intel plant sceduled for germany is 3 to 5 years out..  as to the immediate lipp service..  the krauts are jumpin like a biden..  we will make 600,000 155 cannon shells annually; well that all fine and dandy --> except they bhav closed all of their heavy streel m&m' mills several months ago..  no gasss...
