I suspect it will land in the $6.50CND range (Based on the multiple they paid for GEG).  They need to show a good profit/FCF to get the higher multiple. It is still a show me story. It will take Q4-23 numbers before we know if they are profitable.Fiscal Year 2023 share price will be pretty well  flat for the year, with a slight pops with tuckins and before earnings releases. QIPT fully valued here.  US$5.50/share x 39 million fd shares + 90 million of debt = US$305 enterprise value for approx $205 million of net revenues...a multiple today of 1.5x net revenues...
