The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Bridging the Gap...Agreed, asked some questions about financings, small pps and warrants at AGM. I was left with impression that indeed a group of shareholders and insiders who participate do form a like minded  "group" of individuals so that cheap multiple, non friendly offers could be blocked.
