Highvista Gold disgrace continues

Highvista Gold disgrace continues

Incredible, now nine (9) years in a never-ending halt and/or suspension for Highvista Gold. From the TSXV to a TSXH downgrade as the debts and management apathy mount. HVV halted on the TSXV in 2015 with approx. 10.2 mill shares and a valuation of 0.17 cents per share. How many small retail investors has this outfit left high and dry for now two decades?

No compliant here re., stock losses, speculation is rife with investor loss. However, I don’t know of another TSXH entity that has prevented its shareholders from taking tax losses and moving on for nine years (not one trading day)!

No website or AGMs for 6 years, a ‘Patties Express’ listed at the office address, and shareholder nonresponsive CEO and CFO (both of whom never even replied to their auditors submitted questions on the behalf of an investor).

Now they have added two board members in 2022 with apparent cannabis and climate foci. Now that sounds thoughtful for a company claiming this entire decade, they are looking for a reverse takeover, now with a focus on alumina silicate exploration.

Absolute disgrace of a shell company. Yet, the TSX compliance dept haven’t bothered forcing this entity to delisting after all this time, despite yearly reminders of this entities total indifference. So much for TSX concern for investors.
