Again, this has been the most mismanaged buyout I have ever seen.

It will take time for a spinoff to appear in your brokerage account and then it will take time for the OTC markets to establish a ticker & trading and then it will take time for your broker to update their system and any corresponding basis in the new stock. Long story short, plan to relax for at least a month if you need to sell.
